Tonopah Energy Center LLC ("TEC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit tonopahenergycenter.com (the "Site"), contact us, or do business with us. TEC operates the Crescent Dunes Solar Energy Project near Tonopah, Nevada, and is a subsidiary of Sons of Liberty Construction, Inc. ("SOLC"). We collect information to run our business, not to sell it.

- SOLC and its affiliates, for the business purposes described above. **The Site and its customer-relationship system are operated on a platform shared with SOLC, so contact submissions may be accessible to SOLC personnel as well as TEC personnel.**
- Service providers who work on our behalf, including the third-party platform that hosts the Site and provides our customer-relationship management system, which stores contact-form submissions, and providers of IT, insurance, legal, and accounting services, under obligations to protect the information.
- Counterparties, regulators, and grid or market operators where required for plant operations, interconnection, market participation, site access, badging, or safety compliance.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
